IKRA pop-up restaurant by Russia's most famous restauranteur Boris Zarkov and Michelin-star chef Vladimir Mukhin has opened in Plyos town on Volga river. The gastronomic project reflects the Volga region's cultural heritage.
The creators chose CENTRSVET for their new project.
IKRA project aims at popularizing traditions through haute cuisine. Locally sources produce and the will to preserve the region's cultural heritage are at the core. The restaurant in a wooden house on the bank of Volga River operates as a chef’s table for 18 people. They also host Russian-style tea parties at IKRA's porch.
