The carrier calls 1 hour before the delivery on the specified day.
If there is an entrance fee, it is necessary to order a pass for the brand car, or recompense the cost. Otherwise, the carrier will deliver the goods only to the entrance. We comply with traffic regulations, so the place of the transfer of goods must not contradict traffic regulations.
Small orders (no more than 2 cargo pallets) are delivered to the door. Bulk orders (3 cargo pallets or more) — are delivered to the entrance, unloading and transfer to the door is carried out by the recipient.
Upon receipt of the order, it is necessary to check its completeness and make sure that there is no mechanical damage.
If the payer is a legal entity or sole proprietor, the recipient must present an original of a power of attorney document (a scanned copy is not accepted), a passport to confirm identity, or the seal of the payer company. The power of attorney must be valid and in the name of the person that receives the order.
