"The warmth of lighting and the beam angle are very important to me. All of the lighting at my house and in the restaurants is dimmable. The perception of light depends on what is happening outside. I think there should be several scenarios, which I have both in my restaurants and at home, that would switch on automatically depending on the time of day," – says Boris Zarkov.
